annaI started working out with Mylene of Equilibrium Fitness four years ago when my fitness level was in a big slump. I was bored of my gym workout that didn't change or give me the results I was looking for. When I started working out with Mylene we discussed what my fitness goals were and what type of program I would like. She has surpassed my expectations! My workouts are always challenging, interesting, fun, exciting and of course give me great results in my fitness and weight loss plan. Mylene's program's challenge my brain as well as my body. Just as my body and brain have started to get used to a workout, she changes it up! Always keeping it interesting and fun! Mylene's training style is a balance of slightly pushing me out of my comfort zone (when I need it) and easing back when I've been injuryed or phsyically challenged. She is great at reading your body, mood and strength for that day. I would highly recommed Mylene as a trainer, she has done amazing things for my health and fitness level!
