Indoor Training
Equilibrium Fitness specializes in "seasonal training". In addition to following the Optimum Performance Training Model™ designed by the National Academy of Sport Medicine, our training follows the seasons! This allows us to add a considerable variety dimension to your workouts while taking advantage of the benefits of both types of training.
When summer arrives and all the way through the fall, we move our training in parks, on beaches and on top of moutains! This is the chance to work with the playground that Mother Nature offers. During winter and spring, we take advantage of all the equipment available in the gym environment. It allows us to flee the sometimes not so pleasant winter weather. Winter training usually goes from November to the end of March (or longer, should that be your preference).
This blend of indoor and outdoor training allows a full scale of cross-training!
