Eliminate the guess work and get a clear picture of your Recommended Daily Caloric Intake. Based on your body assessment, lifestyle (occupation, hobbies) and activity factor, this analysis will be a tool of prime importance in helping you reach your weight loss goals.
Personal Chef
A Personal Chef will prepare menu plans and/or gourmet meals to address your special dietary needs and help improve your quality of life. Services offered by Personal Chef Natalie Brake, include menu plans, frozen entrees service and kitchen coaching.
