  This component of the Equilibrium Fitness (we also offer indoor training!) takes place in the most beautiful locations Victoria has to offer.   Following the Optimum Performance Training protocol of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, our exercise sessions address:

Using the outdoors as a gym, workouts are custom-designed using low-impact exercises to progressively and systematically allow any client of any fitness level to achieve optimum level of physiological, psychological, social and mental adaptations. EVERYBODY CAN DO IT!   The most exciting feature of outdoor strength & conditioning is the variety!  Frequent change of location and choice of exercises will prevent you from getting bored.  With Equilibrium, you can expect a new workout every 6 weeks!
