PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training sessions are of 60 minutes duration and can be done outdoors, in your home or in a gym (please note that additional fees may apply for the use of a gym).
Personal training programs are designed following a complete posture & movement assessment and according to client’s personal goals. During these sessions, I have the opportunity to offer more in-depth coaching on areas of health and fitness that impact your personal fitness outcomes. This type of training allows me to teach a little more about the reasoning behind the workout. By having ALL my attention, I can further keep you mentally focused and motivated.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Choose to combine all the benefits of personal training with the dynamic of a group setting in semi-private sessions. These groups are limited to 3 participants for a more personalized instruction.
HOME WORKOUTS
Designed to address muscle and postural imbalances detected in assessments and to reach goals discussed in consultation and listed in health screening, your customized training program will include a fully balanced prescription of cardiovascular conditioning, balance, core strength, muscular strength and flexibility for an 8-week period (or more if desired). Each program includes exercise descriptions and photos to ensure exercises are done in a safe and aligned manner.
TRAVEL WORKOUTS
You have trouble staying on track because your job requires a lot of travelling? We’ve got you covered! Let us help you with a customized fitness plan that will allow you to stay on track no matter where you are! Designed following a complete posture and movement assessment, our travel programs only require light and easy to pack equipment. With easy to follow instructions complete with images, workouts can be designed for a gym, your hotel room or the outdoors!
RESIDENTIAL GYM DESIGN
Confused with all the fitness gadgets available? Let us guide you through the design of your home gym where each piece of equipment will actually be used! After assessing your gym space, we will give you recommendations of the pieces of fitness equipment that will best help you reach your goal, allow you to try them in the store to ensure the selection fits your likes and dislikes and then have everything delivered and assembled in your home! Benefit from our supplier discounts too.
FITNESS TESTING, POSTURE & MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
You want to do your own thing but still want to keep track of progress? Have a clear “point of start” by getting your body fat percentage, BMI, blood pressure and girth measurements taken. If you wish to go a little more in dept, we can also analyze your posture and determine your muscle imbalances through a movement assessment.
