Mylene is a great motivator, who makes you feel like even small fitness goals are worthwhile. She's always enthusiastic about getting outside and doing something active; one of my favourite moments during the teacher strike was when she gathered us all up on an impromptu workout while we were walking the picket line. We got some funny looks from pass ing motorists, but it showed me that you can take time here and there for fitness - it doesn't have to be complicated to feel good.

What a fabulous program! I'm so glad I have the opportunity to work with you. I love your laid back approach which pushes me just far enough to keep me in the game, but never so far as to make you want to quit. The regular workouts allow me to see results fast, but without the pain and discomfort other workouts tend to leave me with. Thank you so much Mylene!

I just wanted to let you know how much good your program is doing for me. I feel so energetic, I am running the stairs and bouncing around like a puppy on caffeine. My mind is clear, I sleep like a log and handle the stress every day. I am still the King of Everything. Its still difficult to make time to exercise but its worth it.

| I have gained a sense of my capacity and regained a sense that I can increase muscle strength. It just took some non-judgemental support, which Mylene provides, and having someone with enough knowledge and flexibility to suggest alternatives. Thank you for taking the time to patiently guide me to increase my awareness in which muscles to focus on.

| My biggest accomplishment in participating in Equilibirum training program is that I fell in love with working out! It is really nothing like what you think, even in undesirable weather, I have fun. I would challenge you to come with me, just once, and see what Equilibrium can do for you. Mylene is helping me not only with the workouts outdoors but with food portions and at home tips to get fit. I absolutely love this type of training.

| I turned 61 this year and for the first time I started to feel my age. I have always been strong and healthy and the program that I have followed with Mylene is helping me to regain that strong healthy feeling once again. She is a great health instructor and she is teaching my wife and I how to become and stay fit. What is even more important, I am seeing the benefits of increased strength and flexibility in my golf game.

Two months before my 40th birthday, my doctor told me I was morbidly obese, seriously at risk for type 2 diabetes and stroke; she told me to find a personal trainer and do something. As I left her office, I cried. I hated exercise and especially gyms…too many mirrors, too many fit people. Then I found Equilibrium!
After training with Mylene for only a short time now, I love my workouts and hate to miss them. I feel alive, energetic and hopeful. Everyone in my life has notice the change in my outlook and body. I know I have a long road ahead of me but I feel with Mylene’s skills, energy and encouragement I am on my way to physical, mental and emotional balance. I have made a one year commitment and I am excited to see what the future brings! Thank you Mylene, you are a wonderful inspiration.
