This is a list of all training packages offered at Equilibrium. Our Personal Training Services promote the adoption of training modalities that are specific to our client’s preferences, locations and schedules. Feel free to contact us for a quote for mix-and-match program combining various components of the programs listed below.
All training packages include a free initial consultation. Outdoor Adventure Sport-Specific, Lifestyle Makeover & Body Trim Weight Loss programs also include a complete Integrated Health & Fitness Assessment (consisting of a posture and movement assessment, measurements, body fat percentage, balance, strength, cardiovascular and flexibility evaluation). Programs are fully customized to your personal needs, goals, training history and are designed based on your personal assessment. No two programs are ever alike! Training sessions are of 60 minutes duration and take place in your home, outdoors or in the gym (your choice)! Semi-private training consists of a group of you and 1 or 2 friends! Equilibrium does not take individual registrations for group training. Should you have a group of friends or co-workers interested in training, we will happily provide with you a quote based on the number of participants in your group.
Outdoor Adventure Sport-Specific Program – 12 weeks
This program offers a combination of strength training, Pilates, cardiovascular conditioning and skill development specific to your chosen sport. Your choice of sport: cycling, hiking/trekking, kayaking, surfing or stand-up paddle boarding. Rates include gear rental when needed.

Lifestyle Makeover Program – 12 weeks
Are you ready for a complete lifestyle makeover? This program is for you! Be prepared to be initiated to a variety of new training modalities and outdoor adventure sports. You will have the opportunity to sit down with us to create a mix-&-match program and chose among: strength training, Pilates, kickboxing, CrossFit, Kettlebells, TRX, kayaking, cycling or trekking or a combination of all of the above. You can be assured you’ll have a blast while losing a few pounds! Life is short, play outside!

BodyTrim Weight Loss Program – 12 weeks
This program helps people affected by excess weight and impaired physical fitness achieve better health through weight loss, physical conditioning, and improved self-care habits. Loose that stubborn last 10 pounds...or more!

A good paddle stroke starts at the feet! The power then transmits up through your legs, butt, and abdominal region, through your torso, and finally to the paddle shaft. Learning a proper forward stroke with good torso rotation is an ideal abdominal workout. To move a kayak at about 5 mph is going to require about 0.1 hp of effort and that is going to use up about 400 calories per hour. This private program includes a combination of on land strength and cardiovascular conditioning and on the water drills. Includes gear rental.

Give it a Tri! – Beginner & Sprint Triathlon Training – 12 weeks
A triathlon is divided into three components: swimming, cycling and running – each requiring your body to perform in a different way. This program focuses on learning the basics of each sport, how they interact with one another and how this affects your body. You must be able to commit to at least 5 training sessions per week (including your personal training sessions).

Tri it Again! – Intermediate & Olympic Triathlon Training -12 weeks
This program is designed for clients who have at least done a sprint distance triathlon before. The training plan is designed to help you increase speed on your sprint distance or prepare you for the Olympic distance triathlon. You must be able to commit to at least 5 training sessions per week (including your personal training sessions).

Extreme PowerFitt Private Bootcamp - 8 weeks
Quite simply, Extreme PowerFitt Boot Camp is the toughest workout you'll ever love. A military style outdoor fitness training program that will take you through hard core drills, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, core, flexibility and yet, leave you begging for more! This is for those of you who have always wanted to take part in a bootcamp but are intimidated by the group setting.

Pilates in the Park (or at home!) - Level 1 & 2 – 8 weeks
The Pilates "method," as it is now known, is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness, without necessarily building bulk. Two of the key elements of Pilates are core muscle strength* and spinal alignment. The method is a series of controlled movements performed on the floor by our very own Certified Pilates Instructor Stephanie Tarlton.

Group Pilates (3-5pple)** |
This program will teach you the basics of kickboxing: stance, kicking, punching, footwork, defence and breathing. Through drills providing full-body conditioning, you can be assured of a kick-ass workout! No previous experience necessary.

Fit to Hit – Kickboxing Level 2 – 8 weeks
Take your kickboxing skills to the next level by building upon the basic foundations of the first level while increasing the intensity and difficulty. To begin in Level 2, client should demonstrate basic striking and ground skills as well as conditioning.

A note about our rates...
* A $35 one-time administration/ file set-up fee will be charged to all new clients. Rates are on a per person basis. Gym membership required for indoor training packages. All training package include gear rental. Financing available.
